The current server page shows 7000 ready to send, and 1925 in progress. It takes < 3 hours to complete a task, so they can complete the backlog in 1/2 a day ish.
Development of a Windows/Boinc isn't necessary for the project.


Now there are over 60k wus ready to send and 800 in progress.
So, yes, a Windows app is necessary

Developing a higher project feeder might be a priority or they may be happy with the processing rate they have, or they may not have the staff to do anymore. As I said there's very little information flowing from the staff to this bulletin board.


Unfortunately is very difficult to use VirtualBox for this project at the same time with my Boinc on Windows (for project that have Windows wus).

This may not be the answer people are hoping for, but I do have a Win 10 machine running virtualbox .org with a linux mint 64 bit iso and finally Gaia running on BOINC.
It was a little convoluted to get running, but if you're compter handy you'll get it.


I'm doing the same thing, but it's not for all volunteers.
Windows is the most used OS in the field, so i cannot understand why not support it (maybe with the boinc wrapper)

Usually, for a 5hs wus the project gives me from 100 to 120 points
Now, for a 5hs wus i take 8 points.
The problem is not points, but if the wus are correct/valid....
