It would be very nice to be able to choose whether we run GAIA 1, 2, 3 or 4 WU's.

And it would be nice if we could specify how many WUs to DL.

I think between 200,000 and 400,000 WUS for this part (EDR 3).
After Gaia DR3 will be about 1,000,000 - 1,200,000

I don't think that matters if for example I could choose to do the 3, 5 and 6 tasks and then let the system send me any other kind if they are unavailable. The only people it would affect is those who ONLY want to crunch Gaia 3 tasks and nothing else, but they aren't going to hang around long anyway, AND that assumes they have any clue about what the difference is between the different types of tasks in the first place.
