Hi,
I just noticed that the Gaia app does not stop the calculations, e.g. if you configured BOINC 'Do not run on battery'. Is it known?

Not only do Gaia tasks fail to suspend, they don't have checkpoints, so if you must stop the tasks, they start over from the beginning. This makes the project hard to run for those like me that like to switch projects often.

This is a serious problem. Why it's not even acknowledged is beyond me. It's a requirement for BOINC hosted tasks be be able to be suspended by the client for numerous reasons.

yeah the selective responses to different issues is frustrating
