I was able to join by adding the project directly through boinc manager > Tools> Add project using URL: http://gaiaathome.eu/gaiaathome/ In case anyone else is having this problem. I could create account directly via Boinc account manager (Internet, not local) www.boincstats.com Without problem, without captcha request. Account created, mail and PWD registred without U needed to do something ! This only using "sign-ip for project (I repeat using BAM on wwww.noincstats.com). Two click with mouse, all working !
